The Affiliation and Section Entry Forms, will be sent out to all Hertfordshire Secondary & Middle Schools and Colleges in the first week of September of each year.
A copy of the Affiliation Form can be found in the “Featured Downloads” area on the Home Page of this website.
This form must be returned no later than 1st October each year.

The completed Affiliation form must be printed out, completed & sent with the appropriate cheque/funds/BACS payment to Mr Ian Graham by post.
